We have three types of programs:
  1. Subscription Programs involve a series of cards which are mailed based on a triggering event such as a closing, sales transaction, or employment start. For example, a real estate agent can have a program that includes a "Welcome to your new home" card sent immediately after their buyer closes on a house, and additional cards mailed at 6-month intervals for the next three years.

  2. Sphere of Influence Programs are designed to keep you in contact with the individuals that are important to developing your business. Recipients generally include your clients, service providers, prospects, employees, and other lead generators. Just let us know which cards and greetings you want to use, and how often you want cards mailed (i.e. 4, 6, or 12 times per year).

  3. Specialty Programs can be customized for birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions.

 

Here's how the programs work:
  • Sign up for the program(s) you are interested in.
  • A Greetings Connection consultant will contact you and help design your program(s).
  • You provide the names and addresses of the recipients.
  • We'll make sure the greeting cards are sent out on schedule.
  • You'll receive a detailed report from us that lists everyone who has been sent a card, and which card they received. Many of our clients use this convenient follow-up document as a telephone list of who to call.
  • You can update your recipient list at any time prior to a mailing, using the convenient Client Order Form on this web site.
